Ava's first day of preschool!

Well, after MUCH anticipation, the day has finally come.....Ava went to preschool today! She has been a little upset about the thought of it, so we didn't know how this morning would go. And actually, the first thing she said this morning when she woke up was, "I don't want to go to preschool today!!". After many tears, I got her to at least have breakfast and get dressed (herself, of course). She did get excited when we got there since Daddy was there in the parking lot....which is when I snapped some pictures since I knew I'd get some smiley ones! But as soon as it was time for Mommy, Daddy and Lola to leave there were more tears. Thankfully, a sweet little girl, Lily, came up and told her there was nothing to be worried about and she'd help her find something to play with. And that was it, she was off. :)

When we picked her up afterwards, her teacher said she had some rough spots throughout the day. But she asked her if she wanted to go back in two days and she said she did! So, we'll see how Friday goes!!
