I had some great pictures from our trip to Okoboji this past weekend, but I left my camera there!!!! We have been trying to track it down, but I think we've finally come to the conclusion someone took it. So sad.....
We did have a great trip, though. And the girls had a blast. Ava said she wanted to stay there "forever"! ;) They did a lot of swimming, went on two boat rides, saw fire dancers, played games and saw fireworks. They made a lot of new friends, too.
Today Ava also had her first day of Vacation Bible School and LOVED it!! We talked it up for about a month now and she really did well. It's making me not so nervous about preschool starting this Fall. :)

About Me
Ava is our 6 year old who is in 1st grade and loves to read anything she can get her hands on. She loves everything princess and girly. Her favorite color is pink and she would change her clothes 25 times a day if we let her (and has!) Ava is such a great big sister and helper to Mommy. Singing and dancing are two things she does well and a LOT. She's pure entertainment to all of us.
Lola is our lively 5 year old who is in her second year of preschool. She loves to run, jump, cartwheel and play. Her favorite thing to do is play with her best friend, Ava. But, she absolutely LOVES school. She is in gymnastics and dance and would love to go to the classes everyday. Lola has a wide vocabulary (has since she was 18 months!) and new things come out of her mouth everyday. She is a very active little girl and keeps us on our toes.
Elinor is our precious 2 year old(!!!). She is the baby, but is going to be tough as nails with all the "love" she gets from her older sisters. She is strong-willed and has learned to sleep through pretty much anything (except the night!). Elinor loves being held and is a little nervous around new people. She says many words and will repeat almost anything...so we have to watch out with that one! We love her so much and I'm sure we'll always refer to her as the baby.
